Get moving in the a.m.
I see many people like to run in the morning because it's the most convenient time and they can get the fresh air during that time. However, it is difficult to do it as the first thing in the morning as we are always lazy to get out of bed. Let try these tips which will help you to get running in the a.m.
1. Plan to meet a fri end; it's harder to ditch your workou when someone's depending on you.
2. Lay out your running gear (clothes, shoes, and IPOD) the night before.
3. Ease into an earlier wake-up time by gradually getting up 10, 20, then 30 minutes early.
4. Transition from a lter running time getting out in the morning just one day each week. After a weekn or two, switch into two early runs. Then plan all your runs for the a. m.
5. Reward yourself on mornings you run (or at the ned of the week) with a favourice low-fat coffee drink o fruit smooothie.
