Apply Liquid Eyeliner

Liquid eye liner creates a clearer line than an eye liner pencil, but requires a steady hand and some practice. Start drawing the line from the spot that feels most natural to you. Usually it is easiest to start at the inner corner or middle of the eye. Draw a line along the whole length of the eye; you can continue slightly past the outer corner if you like.
